Authentic sash look
Run-through sash horns, a deep bottom rail, a slim 37mm mid-rail, mechanical joints and astragal bars reproduce genuine timber detailing, in Victorian, Edwardian, Georgian, curved, flag and arched styles.
A-rated efficiency
24mm double glazing with argon gas fill and Low-E glass gives U-values as low as 1.2 W/(m²K), well ahead of current Building Regulations minimums.
Weathertight as standard
Class 4 air tightness, Class 6A water tightness and Class 3A wind load, tested to withstand wind speeds up to 120mph.
Secure by design
A sash lock and keep on every window, with an optional PAS 24 upgrade adding reinforced tilt arms, top sash security bolts, two high-security locks and reinforced tilt latches.
Tilts in for cleaning
Both sashes tilt inward, so the outside face can be cleaned safely from inside the house — no ladders.

Corner Joints
Standard sashes use a clean, tightly bonded 45° mitre weld at each corner. For extra authenticity, ask about our timber-look mechanical joint upgrade, which replaces the welded corner with a 90° mechanical joint — the same angle used on traditional timber sash windows.
